Death of a Disney Songwriter

the Chitty Chitty Bang Bang song. These wonderful theme songs were composed by the late Robert Sherman with his brother Richard. The Sherman Brothers are also known for composing other wonderful songs from our childhood, such as

The Sherman brothers also composed the Jungle Book and most famously, "Its a small world after all." Their work is known from the early days with the Micky Mouse Club, they also composed the famous "You're Sixteen" sung by Ringo Starr, an so many movies that mark our childhood with great memories. With catchy tunes and great lyrics, Robert and his brother Richard will never be forgotten. Thanks for being a part of making childhood so memorable!
